Who is Shayne Gough?
I became a mortgage broker/advisor in 2002 after a successful corporate accounting and management career. I have worked in the commercial sector in a variety of finance and management roles, including as the general manager of a medium sized engineering company.
I was a director for 10 years of a private property investment company which owned numerous properties, and I am a property investor myself. I use this knowledge to assist my clients to develop and maintain an investment property portfolio, be it their 1st or 10th property!
I am a Mortgage Specialist and Member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand.
In 2011 I completed a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies at Massey University majoring in Personal Financial Planning and also hold a National Certificate in Financial Services, Level 5.
My office is conveniently located on the North Shore of Auckland.
